Spartoo Wishlist: Steve Madden Heels

Hi All!

The most recent item on my wishlist has got to be these stunning Steve Madden heels that has caught my eye on Spartoo. Take a peek at these...



A big price label goes with them but what else is there to be expected with these high end heels? They are described as 'minimalist yet very glamorous' by the team at Spartoo and I have to agree. Such simple shoes with an amazing platform, high heels and made from lush suede leather.

It's not very often that I state shoes can be a great investment to a wardrobe; usually I buy heels because i'm far too greedy. But I could definatley see these setting off many oufits on a night out or even just a visit to the cinema.. any excuse to wear them.

Another great find on Spartoo and anyone gets these heels will be a very lucky girl!

Update: Just Dance 2

Hi All!!

Earlier this month you may remember I was given the opportunity to go to The Clothes Show & Dance Show Live in Birmingham; the tickets were provided by the team at Just Dance 2. I had a brilliant time and loved the dance area... although alot smaller then the clothes show I hope this section grows as the years pass by.

The kids at the dance show loved playing Just Dance 2 and I can see why, it's such a fun game and I know a fair few people who play it often.





I wanted to update you all on the great success that this new game has had since its release date.....

♥ Topped the Wii charts for a whopping 9 weeks in a row

♥ Won the BAFTA Kids vote for 'Best Video Game'

Imagine if we did not really - really protect our health from an early age,
our society is faced with the disease of obesity, and people should be more in tune with their own health and fitness.

To maintain optimal health and maintain your body to be strong, it is recommended that at least two of these tips included in all women's health and fitness routine:

1. you do not have to like Super Woman.
Do not worry if you feel as if you're not doing it. Women often have the feeling that they let people down. Do not worry if you can not spend ten hours a week at the gym or go for a run each morning. All that really matters is that you can commit to improving your health and fitness, and stick to the program. Professional advice to work three to five times a week in 20-60 minute sessions, but our busy schedules do not always possible to do this. You can easily become frustrated if you can not fulfill the ideal of others. Working twice a week at twenty minutes per session will put you on the right track.

2. Focus on your success.
Concentrate on how good you feel about your health and fitness. If weight loss is part of your plan, and you are struggling to meet your goals, do not beat yourself up about it. Focus on what you have done to this point and use this day as a new starting point. You have made a commitment to yourself, and it is your greatest success.

3. Put the burden before the cardio workout.
Many women begin their health and fitness routines with cardio exercises, and then follow it with weight lifting. The disadvantage is that you may lose an important component of the routine, because you spend all your time with cardio. If this is a regular occurrence, the results can be disappointing despite many hours in the gym. Reverse the order and doing weight training first. You may see results that look more positive.

4. Do not overdo it.
Women’s health and fitness exercises require nothing more than an hour at a time. Too much time spent in the gym or doing the same exercise for a long time can become boring. By focusing on training and narrow the time frame you, your practice sessions will be more enjoyable and more efficient.
5. Supervise your heart rate.
Women should work out at 75-85% of maximal heart they rate. When your heart rate is too low, it's a sign that you're not working to your full potential. Too high tariffs, on the other hand, indicate that you push yourself to the level of potentially dangerous. Sticking with the happy medium of 50% or will help you to achieve your fitness goals. Keep heart rate monitor on hand or perform manual counts gradually during your workout to ensure that you achieve, but not exceed, your ideal target heart rate.



6. Getting support.
It is important to engage in some type of fitness web social. If support your current in the regime without fitness community, you may find that your exercise less or not successful. A social support can bring a greater sense of friendship, kinship and even healthy competition. If you usually practice alone at home, try visiting the gym to exercise the sample, or join yoga, Pilates or the class of sailing. Running clubs and golf courses are other ways to stay in shape and meet new people.

It's hard to pick a new fitness routine and your health. You must have the commitment and discipline, and you should be prepared to work hard. Give yourself a better spirit. Spartoo Review: Timeless

Hi All!!

This is my most recent review of a gifted item received by the team at Spartoo and the brand which is Timeless. This is another brand which I was unaware of until Spartoo contacted me but they have a fair few items that may interest a few of you; and all reasonable prices which you can view here.

As predicted in a previous post I was very keen on adding the Timeless Galileo heels to my shoe collection. So when given my next opportunity I decided to order them......





Despite the delayed deliveries that a lot of people have been affected by the weather conditions, my shoes arrived on time as usual so I had no touble here.



Here is the hot pink box it arrived in a long with another order of which I will be posting about very soon. As described in my previous post they are the example of the description I gave of the perfect 'Little Black Heels' that suit me....



They are very comfortable and I have recently worn them out to a meal. Just the right height for a smart casual outfit as well as an evening outfit I am very happy. I doubt I will wear these heels all the time though, they are definately special occasion heels. I think it's nice to keep a few items back that you don't want to over wear and possibly ruin. So I will be keeping these in mind for NYE maybe?

Look out for a outfit of the day post very soon with me wearing these heels! And also a review on the Converse Chuck Taylors that Richard himself will be reviewing!

My Christmas 2010

Hi All!!!

First of all I want to say I haven't been able to post much over the last week or so and I apologise for this. I have not had much access to my laptop and with the Christmas holiday I have been a very busy bee. I wish you all a very belated Merry Christmas to my followers and fellow bloggers! I hope you all had a brilliant day, were given wonderful gifts and ate until your heart was content.

I had an amazing day spent with both sides of my family plus my boyfriends family. It's always a busy day for me travelling to house to house for gift swapping and even sometimes two christmas dinners!!! I ended up with a bloated tummy by 10pm and ending up having a nap before continuing to enjoy what was left of the day.

I wasn't expecting much for Christmas but I did ask for two items:
1. A new wardrobe: as my old one could not hold out for much longer and I needed one much bigger!

2. A bunny rabbit: I've always had rabbits and was gutted when my last one ran away! (Trust me he was not eaten by foxes it snowed when he went missing) I love rabbits as pets they have such great characters and sooo cute!!

Luckily I received both....



Her name at the moment it Missy, I'm not 100% sure if this is what I want to call her but i'll let you all know if I do change it. She is settling in nicely and even my cat Gizmo is getting along with her; although there is some drama with Missy using his litter tray aswell as her own.



For the moment she is living in my room until the weather warms up, I am due to get her an indoor rabbit cage but she is how she lives....
